Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fitment Craft! We value your trust and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • You can request a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your product. (Applicable for Regular Product)
  • After 5 days, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests.
  • Once order placed you can ask for refund within 24 hours ( If there is not urgent delivery commitment )
  • After 24 hours for custom product and urgent committed delivery order is not eligible for refund    

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The item must be unused and in its original condition as you received it.

✅ The item must be in the original packaging.

✅ You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items can be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Customized items (color, size, design changes) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Charges

  • Return Fee: 15% of the item price + Return Delivery Charge.
  • Exchange Fee: 10% of the item price + Return Delivery Charge.

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, check it immediately upon delivery.
  • Report the issue before the delivery person leaves. Once they leave, we may not be able to accept damage claims (as per delivery company rules).

How to Request a Return or Exchange?

  1. Email us at info@fitmentcraft.com with your order details.
  2. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

👉 Tip: The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original one first and place a new order separately.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 days to your original payment method.
